What are Requests?

Requests are a means by which Registered users can "request" any of the following services.

  • Submit a Change of Address.
  • Suggest a New Title Purchase.
  • Ask Questions

PLEASE NOTE: Responses to your requests are accessible through My Account > Requests.

Sending Requests

Ideally you should first log into My Account.. If not, when you go to Send a Request, you will be prompted to enter your User ID and PIN.

  • This is a specific User ID and PIN to our Library's lending system.
  • For information on how to obtain this account see My Account page > Log in tab.

1. Click on Send a Request in the top bar, to "request" any of the following services.

  • Submit a Change of Address.
  • Suggest New Title Purchase.
  • Questions

2. Using the dropdown, select the service you wish to request.

  • See box on right for a description of each service.

Make a Request.

Please submit your change of address to our library using this form.

  • Complete all lines.
  • NOTE: This change will only be reflected in our Library system.
    • Students also need to advise Registration to update the "registration system".

Request Change of Address

To recommend the purchase of New Titles, please complete the New Title Purchase form. Please include:

  • Required Fields:
    • Title
    • Publication Date
  • Optional Fields:
    • Reviewed/Cited in
    • Price
    • Source: It would be great to learn where you heard about this title, such as Amazon, a publisher's site, a newsletter, etc.

Choose QUESTIONS in the drop-down box and enter the question you have for Library staff.

Request to Submit Question

You will receive responses to your requests in your My Account under the Requests tab.

  • Click the down arrow beside the request title to display details of the request.
  • The response is in italics.
