Details

Publishers who provide eBooks to EBSCO place limits that vary by eBook. To see the limits, click on the title of the book to go to its information page. Find the Permissions section (near the top).

  • Available: How many copies are available right now and in total. Some eBooks have unlimited use, so any number of users can borrow them at the same time.
  • Chapter download, print, email & save: Describes how much of the eBook you can download, print, or share. Usually a specific number of pages.
  • Full eBook download: Tells you whether you can download the entire eBook and how to do so.
  • Copy & Paste: Whether it's possible to copy and paste content from the eBook to your word processor.

If an eBook is currently borrowed (CHECKED OUT) and there are no copies available, you may place a HOLD on the item (not available for mobile devices at this time).

EBSCO eBooks can also be checked out for a period of up to seven days. After seven days, the eBook will automatically be removed from your Library.

Detailed instructions are available at the EBSCO Download Laptops/Desktops tab or EBSCO Download Mobile Devices tab.
