Q: Why am I getting LibCal appointments when my Outlook calendar says I am busy?
A: LibCal is not able to access your Outlook account. If you recently updated your Outlook login or JIBC sign-in password, it may sometimes cause the integration to break. You will need to re-authorize access to your calendar. Follow instructions: Outlook Integrations
Q: Students have booked appointments with me, but why aren't they showing up in my Outlook Calendar?

Q: A student told me they booked an online appointment with me, but they didn’t receive a Teams meeting link in the confirmation email. Why is that happening?
A: LibCal is no longer connected with your Microsoft Teams account. If you recently updated your Outlook login or JIBC sign-in password, it may sometimes cause the integration to break. Q: I'd like to make changes to my current availability times, where can I make this edit?
A: You batch edit/delete your availability times, or edit/delete a single appointment time in your LibCal settings. Follow instructions: Add Availability Times
Q: I am leaving my current position. Is it possible to transfer my LibCal account to the person who will be taking over my role?
A: Unfortunately, LibCal accounts are not transferable, and each individual account must be associated with a JIBC email address. However, we can still transfer appointment usage statistics, booking forms, and other data between different LibCal accounts.
